Where do you ship? We ship to the U.S. and Canada. We do not ship to APO. Please choose a family member or friend with a physical address in the states and ask them to forward your package to you through U.S. Mail.
What are your shipping charges? UPS Ground Shipping Charges are based on order amount totals:$0-$49=$10.00;$50-$99=$12.50;$100-149.99=$15.00;$150-$199=$20.00;$200-$299=$25.00;$300-$399=$30;$400-499=$35.00;$500+up=$40. Sorry, we do not offer expedited shipping.
For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska the shipping charges will be calculated using UPS Ground rates. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the rates exceed our charges. We will notify you via e-mail of the actual cost for your approval.
Question: Why can’t I see any new information of the shipping status of my order when I click on that link?
Answer: The shipping status is blank until the item ships and then a tracking number is inserted and a shipping confirmation e-mail is generated with a link to the tracking number. Also, once the tracking number is inserted you can also view it and link to that shipping status.
Note: Each item that you ordered has an “estimated delivery” popup link on the item page on the website which you can view to determine when to expect shipment. If it doesn’t “pop-up” when you click on it you may have to disable a popup blocker on your computer to view this information. This will give you a realistic lead-time for order processing and shipping transit time for that item prior to a tracking number being loaded on your order.
What is your Return policy?
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: E-mail email@example.com for instructions for returning product. Since most of our products are special ordered there is a 10% restock fee on all returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for sending the return and payment of shipping costs.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. If you received free shipping via a promo or any other reason and return the product the shipping cost incurred by Image Bedding will be deducted from your refund as the company has no sale to absorb the shipping cost once the product has been returned.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restock fee. No refunds are allowed after 60 days of the original purchase date. All furniture returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. Customer pays shipping for returns.
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY: Image Bedroom will exchange any regular price item within 30 days of purchase. In order to make an exchange, please follow these steps: 1. E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization stating your full name (or the name of the person who purchased the gift for you) and your order number if you have it. Please also state the reason for the exchange and the item/size you would like to exchange for. 2. We will send a return e-mail with the return authorization approval number, which needs to be marked on the outside of the box when return is sent to us.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations are subject to circumstances. The order must not already be packaged and put on the shipping dock and it is subject to notification time and acknowledgment from the warehouse. Customer will be notified if cancellation is confirmed.
Canada Customers: Image Bedding does not pay the Canadian import taxes or brokerage fees. That is your responsibility when the package arrives at Canadian border in customs.
Just about everything individuals import into Canada is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of five percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied.
You will also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). The provincial retail sales tax rates vary from province to province, as do the goods and services to which the tax is applied and the way the tax is applied.
In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador), you'll be charged a flat 13 percent, rather than separate GST and PST.
Customs Brokers Fees: Canada customs require a broker to import goods from the United States. Our shipping cost does not include broker fees or Canadian import taxes and duties. The customer is required to pay those costs when contacted by Canadian customs at the border. If the package is refused then any refund will have shipping and return shipping costs deducted.
